1.How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ensure that you have your order in your hands as quickly as possible. It usually takes 3-5 working days. But sometimes, especially during sale periods, it can take a little longer. Shipping to other EU countries takes approximately 5-7 working days.

3. What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like it?
No problem! You can return any item within 14 days of receipt. Just check out our return policy , it tells you everything you need to know. Check out our blog post about it too.
4. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This way you can always see where your package is.
5. Is there a minimum order value?
No, we don't have a minimum order value. Just shop for what you want!
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Sure, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can make changes or cancel it. Simply contact our customer service via our contact form or write directly to info@head-of-skills.de
7. How safe is shopping with you?
Your security is extremely important to us! Our site is protected with the latest security technologies and our cookies are GDPR compliant.
8. I have a voucher code. How do I use it?
At checkout there is a field where you can enter your voucher code. The discount will then be deducted automatically.

Since this question comes up very often, here is a note: We are currently not shipping to 🇨🇭 Switzerland! This is due to customs reasons, which we explain in more detail in our blog post .
10. Do you also offer psychotherapy or do you have information about suitable facilities or clinics?
We focus on what we are good at: skills. Psychotherapy or specific recommendations for institutions and clinics are not part of what we offer.
We leave the therapeutic work to the professionals. If you are looking for professional help or advice, please contact the appropriate specialists or institutions in your area.
